Timing is 15 minutes by the book. Mercy rule 21 points. 
If losing coach wants to Continue with stop time in 1st, 2nd, 3rd continue
stop time, 4th quarter is running time.

- Timing is 15 minutes by the book, one exception: time stops on 1st downs.
- At the 3 minute warning automatic 1 minute time out. 
- No yards caught in flight 15 yards penalty, bounce 5-yard penalty
- Blocking below waist is allowed, except on change of possession ( old rule) 
- any combination of 4 URs and OCs means the individual sits out the remainder of the game.  Ref must inform head coach when player has three so the coach can decide to take him out before he gets his third foul and then has to miss the next game.
